Your Yoga Retreat Information

See you Monday 27 April, 10am-4pm, 11 View Rd, Titahi Bay, Porirua.

    • A lovely mix of gentle shapes, stretches, breathing, meditation and relaxing.

    • All yoga mats, props and blankets are provided.

    • Also time on your own if you wish.

    • A spa and forest bath are available too.

    • You could do a digital cleanse and leave your phone in the car!

    • A vegetarian lunch is provided, plus tea and snacks. If you need your coffee, have that before you come! Eat lightly an hour before, or have your usual bigger breakfast two hours before. And do let me know if you have any food allergies or total dislikes.

    • If you’re feeling unwell on the day, please stay home. You may be able to join online.

    • The studio is up a steep driveway, across a deck and sup some stairs. Please take care and walk up the right side of the drive if it’s been raining (and down the left going home).

    • The forest has some hazards like tree branches and uneven ground.

    • You are welcome to park on the grass in front of the garage, or on the street.

    • Togs (I’ve got towels)

    • Drink bottle (I’ve got filtered water here)

    • Journal and pen (I’ve also got paper/pens here)

    • Comfy clothes and snuggy socks.
