45 minute Yoga Nidra Session

Tuesdays 6.30pm forest-studio & online.

RestYin

(60 minute class)

Gentle muscle release and breathing to restore and relax
Sundays (11am).

Can't make it to the studio in person? Don't want any more screen time in your life? Receive these audio tracks and play them any time you like. Includes a 25-minute 8-stage Yoga Nidra practice; a 20-minute and a 7-minute BeCalmed meditation track; a Bow Down to Your Thoughts recording; offerings on how to cultivate a better sleep; plus knowledge on the stress and relaxation response. If you are going through a particular health issue that may affect relaxing your body, please email me, and I can support you to find a comfortable position to listen to these recordings.

  • Studio space is limited to four people only

  • PLEASE stay at home if you are unwell with cold, flu or COVID (or suspect you’re coming down with something)as the studio space must be healthy for all students. Ngā mihi nui.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Classes are non-refundable.

  • Classes can be rescheduled before booked time.
