5-minute Winter Warm Relax

Yep, it’s a gettin’ a bit chilly. Create some inner warmth with this five-minute meditation audio track. Best not while you’re driving though! Find a place where you won’t be disturbed and having something soft to snuggle. Lay down on something soft and supportive. Or sit up with your back supported, your shoulder blades together and down your back, chin slightly tucked, relax your belly, then relax everything. Let go of holding. Close your eyes if that feels right, or lower your gaze. Go within. Enjoy.
