Winter Day Yoga Retreat: Warm & Restore

Janie’s next retreat is 20 July. Only 4 places. It may be chilly outside but it’s cosy in the forest-studio. Snuggly blankets, soft bolsters, lavender eye pillow, and gently guidance to your calmer self.

The longer you go to your source of silence and stillness through relaxing yoga practices the more you’ll crave it; the easier it will be to go there; and the longer you’ll be able to stay. No experience necessary. You’ll be resting, gently stretching, breathing, letting go, eating yummy food, having a spa, sharing if you want to, and resetting your nervous system so your body can do what it does best - heal itself.
