Change-Your-Mind meditation for physical and mental calm
Your body hears everything you say and think. And thoughts tell your body how to behave. Change your mind. If you continue practices like this, over time, you will create new neuropathways until you find yourself reacting less and living more. And you may even start to feel GOOD!
